Fight orientated WOD
5 rounds for time:
Over head squat, 6 reps @ 135 lbs.
Dumbbell Rows, 10 reps @ 65 lbs (each).
Sit-Ups, 25 reps.
Box jumps, 25 reps.
Heavy bag work, 30 seconds.
